I saw this post done by Ellie from Ellie's Favourite Things and thought I'd give it a go myself. I'm super nosey and so these sorts of posts always intrigue me, I love reading about peoples lives. Does that make me weird?
Anyway, I'm sure most of you aren't that interested, but here are 50 probably quite uniteresting facts about myself:
- I don't have a middle name, my mum didn't think adding extra names was necessary.
- The reason my name ends in an 'i' is because my mum ended my sisters name (Kerri) in an 'i'. She did this because Kerri with a 'y' reminded her of Kerrygold butter.
- I'm terrified of going into shops/restaurants on my own if I haven't been in there before or I'm meeting someone.
- In my younger teen days I used to think "scene kids" were cool and I wanted raccoon tail hair.
- When I first started dying my hair, I was going to dye it red but at the last minute bought blonde hair dye instead.
- Starships by Nicki Minaj is one play away from being the most played song on my iTunes and I'm quite ashamed of that.
- I'm still not sure what I want to do with my life although I like to make myself sound pretty certain.
- I have an almost deep emotional connection to Harry Potter. Don't ever tell me the films, or worse, the books aren't good. I will either cry or hit you.
- The first album I ever owned was by the Cartoons - Witch Doctor anyone?
- At one point in my life I had 8 pets: 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 budgies, a hamster and a fish. I've never not had a dog or a cat.
- I wear contact lenses and without them I'm literally blind as a bat.
- I used to live in Wolvercote up until I was 6 and only recently have stopped thinking of it as my home even though I've lived in my current house for 14 years now.
- I always forget to have a drink until I'm about to pass out from thirst.
- I rarely watch new films incase I don't enjoy them. I'd rather watch a film I've seen 100 times before.
- I didn't go to university and I don't regret that decision at all.
- When I first watched Titanic, I felt like my soul had been ripped into pieces and I was so ridiculously unhappy for about a week afterwards. Even the smallest clip of "My Heart Will Go On" will make me tear up.
- I've never broken a bone.
- I complain about being short, but really I like being known as 'the small one'.
- I used to look like a complete troll up until the age of about 17/18 but for some reason, I remember being a lot less self-conscious back then than I am now.
- This is how old I am at the moment.
- I will cry at most, if not all films.
- When I was in year 5 I shaved off half of my eyebrow because I thought my sisters electric eyebrow shaper was an eyebrow comb.
- I cut my hair super short when I was 13 and have committed to growing it ever since.
- A man offered my mum 2 camels for me when we went to Turkey. I can't decide if that's a compliment or not.
- I love heights. I was sat on top of my house when I was 7 when my dad was relaying the roof tiles.
- I know all the dance moves to the Macarena, Saturday Night, Las Ketchup, Time Warp, The Superman Song, 5,6,7,8, and all other disco songs you can think of.
- I made my friend stay in a night club with me just because the Macarena came on.
- Sometimes I just think I'd rather go bowling or something than go get ridiculously drunk on a night out.
- The Hunchback of Notre Dame is my favourite Disney movie even though most people think it's boring.
- When I actually went to Notre Dame, I nearly cried with excitement when I discovered the gargoyles are identical to the ones in the film. I mean why wouldn't they be?
- Tumblr takes up a lot of my time. It really has no purpose but I enjoy wasting my time on nice photos.
- The only time I've literally had my breath taken away was when I saw the stars when I was in the middle of no-where in Australia. You know all those constellations they talk about that you're pretty sure don't exist? They do. And I saw them all without even needing to look hard for them. I felt so small. But it was incredible.
- It irritates me when people think your problems aren't worth worrying over because others have it worse. Yes other people do have it worse, but that's not to say your problems aren't important.
- I was super spoilt as a child, but it was only because I never threw tantrums about not getting toys when we were in the shops. I'd always get it another time because I'd been good. And I knew this. I played the game well.
- I get tongue-tied really easily and it gets worse when I'm nervous. I'm surprised I make much sense to anyone sometimes.
- The only reason I haven't dropped out of college is because of the people there.
- I'm not very good at understanding accents. When I do I often mimic them back to the person I'm talking to without realising. It's awful because it sounds like I'm making fun of them.
- Even though I have no full time job or the promise of a good career, in my head I'm entirely certain my life will work out and I'll have a wonderful house and a lot of money. It'll just happen.
- Although my dad annoys me more than anyone else I know sometimes, I really don't know what I'd do without him. He's given me more advice for my life than anyone else.
- If I could, I would be a photographer. But people already worry about my career prospects and I couldn't possibly start saying I want to go into a profession that's so unstable. I'm also not good enough, I just take some pretty pictures occasionally.
- I used to be in a production on stage put on by Guides and Scouts called Gang Show and it was honestly my favourite thing in the world. I love performing, singing and dancing even though I'm terrible at it all. Well I'm not a bad actor. But my singing and dancing is questionable.
- I can sing you the Kim Possible theme tune right now if you wanted me to.
- I nearly got ran over last week.
- I used to play Neopets when I was younger and it took up a big portion of my day to day life.
- I still know the jingles to the games they used to play on the Disney Channel (back when they had presenters).
- I get far too involved with characters in books.
- I've played tennis at Emma Watson's school. I lost. But whatever.
- I find Jonny Depp really attractive as Jack Sparrow but not at any other time.
- I want Charlie from Perks of Being a Wallflower to be my friend. I feel like we have a lot in common.
- I despise how much I use social media. I wish I wasn't so reliant on it.

I'm the exact same as you as far as Harry Potter, Titanic, Neopets, Johnny Depp, and 'being the short one' are concerned. I'm going to the HP Studio Tours at the end of the month during 'Wand Week', and I've never been so excited!
